The only time I feel the need for a “Him” in my life is when I have car problem, which lately I’ve been having many. I admit, I was such a spoiled little girl; whenever I got a flat tire, I’d call him up and be like “help, help, my car, my tire, I don’t know what to do”. Within minutes, he’ll be around exchanging my car with his and getting my car fixed and all.
My parents once explained to some extended family members how they love the fact I’m independent when it comes to car problems. If they only knew I’m clueless when it comes to cars. The problem now is, I can’t ask for their help since they think I am “independent”.
There were two of them. They almost got themselves killed while helping. They looked like robots. Silent was around while they changed my exploded tire on the side of the highway. Fifteen minutes later, they were done. Just when they were about to leave, one of them turned around and said “Shopa, you take care”!
