I know I am not supposed to do this while at work, but oh well, I could care less! Work is BUSY so I deserve a break, and I am using the break to write this post. For days, all I want was to write about different things but always seem to lack the energy to do so.

It’s so sad that you sometimes say something and other people totally misunderstand you and they might get hurt or offended. You might never be able to tell they felt that way since hello, you were meaning something else. Apparently, this morning and as I was on the phone with my manager, I said something that didn’t sound like what I meant it to be. Lucky me someone passed the news to me that she wasn’t very happy about it and now I am very bothered with this. It’s not because she is my boss, it’s more like cuz I really like this person. I will give her a call first thing tomorrow morning and clear things up yet I’m feeling very bad about it. Now, I wish that we had some kind of a machine that can translate what people really mean. Just think about it? Wouldn’t it be great? If we all had such machine, our lives won’t be as confusing as it is right now!

Early this morning, I sent a text message knowing that I will get an immediate response. Surprise, surprise; I got a call back in less than a minute just to ignore it. WOW, I actually looked at my phone ringing and decided not to pick up. If you know me, you’d know that I can never let my phone ring and not pick up. Anyhow, so it kept ringing, 1 missed call; called again, 2 missed calls; one more time, 3 missed calls; and yet I didn’t pick. Few minutes later, I sent another text just to get another call that I diverted to voicemail. Ops, no voicemail received, but oh look, another call is coming. Keep ignoring it. I then turned my phone into silent mode, dropped it in the drawer and back to writing proposals. By lunch time I had 22 missed calls from the same number, no voicemail left nor text messages were sent. Some people deserve doing this to them. One would feel worse if he knew that the person he’s trying to call is by his phone, seeing your number blinking and not answering.

In few hours, I’ll leave the office and head to the apple store to get me one of the new IPod Nanos. My current Nano is 5 months old so I’m not getting it for myself; although I am dying to get a new one. It’s for Lee who’s been nagging me for a week about it. He wanted to get one last week when I explained that there might be a new one coming out very soon. I know that deep inside he didn’t doubted me but yeh I was right after all.

Oh, this post is getting very long and time is ticking, I guess my break is over! No proofreading so just accept it as is.

P.S.: I am taking the advise of dearest Papillona of not allowing anonymous comments anymore, and boy does it feel great ;P
