Just got a call from Ebtesam, a receptionist at Al-Corniche Spa regarding the email I sent. She was very apologetic and tried her best to explain why things went wrong. We discussed what happened for few minutes and she explained that actions have been taken against the staff working that Friday. Ebtesam will also be calling my friend to get her feed on what went wrong and offer their apologies especially since no one called her back yet.
Al-Corniche offered us both a free session to make up for Friday. Purg, I hope you’re happy now! She wanted to schedule me an appointment as we talk but I explained that I’ll give her a call when I‘m ready to go there again and will sure use the offer.
Make them offer you food and drinks too, then I will be happy

Hello..TAKE IT EASY! Take into consideration that the club has been open for less than 6 months, what are u expecting?! Furthermore, sorry for them not taking full responsibility. Personally, i think since you posted all those accusations for the public to read, you should quit being a hypocrite and not gto back even if they did offer you a free session.

Just to clarify things, I “didn’t” accept their free service. If you read my posts carefully, we still have more than 70 KD gift vouchers in total! I was thinking of giving them all away! What is one free session compared to what I already have!

In general this club has a lot haters(jealous haters)mainly the managers of the competition who’s visiting the club as a clients to place a complain afterwards…but ones you step in you’ll know which Club in Kuwait is the best….
Now THAT’s What I Call a Health Club !!
Finally, Al Corniche club is now open (well since last week but I’ve been too lazy to write about it). It is located on the Gulf road in Al Shaab area overlooking the beach. All I can say is that it’s huge (15,000 sq m), amazing and luxurious. I’ve been complaining about the health clubs in Kuwait for as long as I could remember … not anymore
However, I wish I could say that it’s perfect but nothing ever is � its only flaw is that it has some sort of a time schedule for people who don’t want a “mix” gym. So you can’t really go whenever u feel like it.
