A friend left some stuff at my place and asked me to ship them through a shipping company they know. Earlier today, I called to get a quote on their services. A man who sounded Asian was on the phone. He quoted me a price and I agreed. As I was giving him my information, I asked how long it would take to get the things delivered. Right then, BAM, the man on the phone started yelling calling me “stupid woman”.
I got really upset and was like you can’t yell at me nor can you call me stupid. I have a question and you should answer it. He wouldn’t stop shouting and said stuff like “you bloody Kuwaitis are filled with $hiT, you do your shopping in London and don’t even bother to carry it home with you. You keep asking how long will it take to deliver thinking that we want to keep your things” and then he hang up on me.
I was very mad and called again to speak to the manager. The same man picked up and was like “there is no manager, I am the manager”. I asked for his name but he refused to give it to me. I shouted back at him and then he started threatening me. He shouted “You want the manager, why don’t you come to my office you Kuwaiti B**ch and I will show you who the manager is. You Kuwaitis are trash, TRASH”, then, he hang up on me again.
So he thinks I am a “trash”? Well, I will show him who the “trash” is when I stop at his office later to kick his a$$, stupid A$$ shipping man.
Update: The stupid shipping company is : Gulf Freight and Shipping on Gloucester Road.
Wow! That is horrible, good luck sorting it out..guy sounds like he was having a crazy brain attack..wonder what he has experienced to make him so savage..
Put the name of the company in your post and start telling everyone not to use them and the treatment you got.
I think you can also take this up with the business group on racist behavior.

I added the name to the post. I alreday wrote a long letter to the consumer protection agency. I am also pulling strings to get in touch with the owner of the place so I can have a talk with him.

I seriously think you should find out who the General manager is a write a long letter of complaint..I’ve often been pretty suprised at the response I get when I do that…I always think that nobody will read it..and then suddenly I get contacted with a personal apology and sometimes they throw in a freebie…so give it a try!

Well, I was too busy to go. Also, the Consumer Protection Agency advised me not to go. They beleive that I can be in a bigger problem if I do. So I am going with the legal way. They told me I can take them to court which I am not since it is time consuming and I am leaving the country very soon.
What the CPA did is forward my letter to the owner and GM, they are also using it when they are giving annual credut for companies. So I am guessing someone is getting a bad credit this year ;P
